I love spotting Apollo bars. They're a creation of the prop company, rather than something that was invented for the show, so their conspicuous unfamiliarity may have arisen organically during production. They feature prominently in the Lost-adjacent Once Upon A Time series, but also appear as incidental props in a wide variety of shows. There are more reasons than not to assume OUAT and Lost *don't* share a universe, but a multiverse? Maybe.
I read Sayid's attachment to Nadia as stemming more from regret than love. Though he does love her, he's driven more by the feeling that he's wronged her, and longs to make things right. So when he's robbed of any agency to pursue that by the crash, it's not terribly off-putting that his heart would wander. Don't envy the last-season writers who had to work around Sayid having two distinct ostensible "true loves," though.
Keeping an eye on Shannon and Boone during a re-watch, knowing where it all ends up, has been quite sad, and I'm bracing myself to have similar feelings as we spend more time with the Tailies.
